LOCATION
Hybrid (1-2 days per week in Chicago area or Rye Brook, NY; possible fully remote arrangement)

Seeking a motivated Direct Response Marketing Specialist to lead direct mail campaigns and improve marketing strategies within a supportive and innovative company culture.
Position Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and manage end-to-end direct mail marketing campaigns aimed at generating leads and driving revenue growth
- Manage, organize, and execute ongoing list procurement activities with third-party vendors, database, and mail house
- Analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., response rates, ROI, and conversion rates) to optimize strategies and improve results
- Manage budgets and timelines, ensuring campaigns are delivered on schedule and within budget
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including search/digital marketing and sales to align marketing efforts with business objectives
- Test and refine direct mail approaches, offers, and creative elements to maximize performance and achieve KPIs
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the company’s marketing efforts remain innovative and effective
- 5-7 years of direct response marketing experience with a proven track record of managing successful direct mail campaigns
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Experience in digital direct marketing integration with direct mail campaigns is highly desirable
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decisions and improve campaign outcomes
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Familiarity with NetSuite and PowerBI is optimal, but experience with other CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools is desired
- High proficiency with advanced Excel and spreadsheet data analysis
- Experience collaborating with and managing external vendors throughout the direct mail ecosystem
- Highly detail-oriented and results-driven, with a focus on meeting and exceeding KPIs
