Seeking a Director, Head of B2B Integrated Marketing to drive Samsung's Mobile growth in the B2B market through innovative strategies that enhance brand preference and customer engagement.

- Develop and execute a B2B Marketing strategy and go-to-market plans aligned with the overall Samsung Mobile brand and product portfolio strategy.
- Lead all elements the integrated marketing plan spanning awareness, consideration and conversion with direct oversight of Paid and Owned Channels; strategic positioning, messaging and creative; design, execution and measurement.
- Lead the agency partners and internal stakeholders to deliver best in class creative and flawless execution across multiple channels, which may include: Digital, Social, CRM, e-Commerce, Partnerships, Influencers, and PR.
- Lead analysis and learnings from all initiates, and measure effectiveness against defined KPIs.
- Identify strategic test & learn marketing opportunities to drive B2B business and brand growth
- Partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across Product Management, B2B Sales and across Samsung businesses to identify and deliver ecosystem opportunities.
- Drive all communications assets, advertising, promotional materials, PR announcements, press releases.
- Leading the learning agenda for the assigned product lines in collaboration with the Consumer & Shopper Insight Teams (CSMI) and Product Management.
- Deliver effective executive-level presentations that deliver a clear, actionable story based on data analysis and learnings
- Managing team to deliver high performance in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- BA or BS required; MBA preferred.
- 12+ years of experience leading B2B marketing, experience in the Technology and Electronics is required
- Deep understanding of Customer and Category data and ability to translate into actionable plans.
- Track record of delivering innovative B2B marketing strategies and plans resulting in business growth
- Understanding of owned, paid and earned marketing channels and ability to deliver an integrated playbook and measurement
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate high performing teams
- Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with diverse and complex groups of stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to create and deliver executive level presentations
- Ability to lead within a large and matrixed organization
- Quick thinker and doer, able to make connections within various elements of marketing plans, ever changing market dynamics and business performance.
- Strong ability to adapt to change and provide confident direction in a very fast paced environment.
- Bias for action, ability to find the sweet spot between the required analysis and building plans with limited data.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability despite the big chain of contribution from various parts of the business, ability to see the bigger picture yet zoom into the greatest details when needed
