Director, Channel Marketing
LOCATION
Headquartered in Seattle, Washington, with international offices in Vancouver, Austin, Boulder, Ankeny, Reading, and Ho Chi Minh City.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration, 8+ years of channel marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a management role, strong analytical skills, excellent presentation and communication abilities, and technology industry experience, preferably in cybersecurity.

SHORT DESCRIPTION
Seeking a Director of Channel Marketing to drive partner engagement and revenue growth through strategic channel marketing initiatives in a global team.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of channel marketers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Provide guidance and direction on individual projects, ensuring alignment with overall channel marketing strategy.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and identify opportunities for professional growth within the team.
- In partnership with Product Marketing, Content Marketing, and Growth Marketing leaders, develop and manage a channel content strategy for partner engagement and enablement.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of all partner-facing marketing materials, ensuring high quality, consistency, and brand alignment.
- Develop channel content distribution strategy and ensure partner portal content is relevant and engaging.
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across the organization, including sales, product, and customer success teams, to ensure alignment and support of channel initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams to facilitate communication and drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Effectively communicate channel marketing plans, progress, and results to internal stakeholders and leadership.
- Protect the security and privacy of Absolute and its customers.
- Develop and implement a robust framework for measuring and tracking the ROI of channel marketing programs.
- Analyze program performance data to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
- Regularly report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to inform strategic decision-making.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of channel partner programs, including tiered structures, incentives, and benefits.
- Identify opportunities to optimize partner program elements to drive increased engagement and performance.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in channel marketing to ensure program competitiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in channel marketing, with at least 3 years in a management role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful channel marketing strategies and programs.
- Deep understanding of channel sales and marketing principles, including partner enablement, partner pipeline generation, and management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, measure, and analyze program performance and ROI.
- Excellent presentation skills – able to showcase plans and results to cross-functional team members, including senior executives.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, highly adaptable to new circumstances.
- Natural problem-solving skills with sound business acumen and time management skills.
- Highly self-motivated and driven to succeed.
- Flexible and willing to do "what it takes" to help the company getting the job done.
- Technology industry experience, with preference given to cybersecurity industry knowledge.
