What You Will Do:
This role will act as the CPD finance lead in charge of consolidating, reporting, and analyzing performance of Consumer Engagement Touchpoints (CET). This individual will have frequent interaction with the CPD CDMO, including the responsibility of presenting finances to the CPD management committee during monthly business review meetings. In addition to total CET analysis, this role has direct oversight of Paid Media, including budget forecasting, variance analysis vs. reported financials, and strategic recommendations for investment based on past performance. Business partnerships include but are not limited to LUSA corporate CDMO, CPD CDMO, CPD commercial teams, CPD brand finance leads, and CPD brand marketing teams.
This role will also:
- Consolidate, report, and analyze CET performance.
- Manage Paid Media budget, including forecasting, variance analysis, and investment recommendations.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders (marketing, commercial, brand finance, media agency BCL, corporate CDMO) to ensure strategic media investment and optimize budget allocation.
- Define strategic Joint Business Plan (JBP) media commitments based on retail media network performance.
- Present CET financial data to the CPD management committee.
- Manage and develop direct reports, enhancing their P&L management and presentation skills.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- 10+ years of experience in finance, preferably within the consumer products industry.
- Strong computer skills, including advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with financial reporting systems such as SAP, Hyperion, or Oracle.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and interact effectively with all levels of management.
Additional Benefits Information:
Salary Range: $138,500 - $200,800 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
