SHORT DESCRIPTION
The Director of CRM and Martech will develop CRM strategy, manage marketing technology platforms, and enhance customer experiences through data-driven insights and targeted marketing initiatives.
- Build and manage our Customer Data Platform (CDP) to ensure a comprehensive understanding of customer interactions and behaviors.
- Oversee the selection, implementation, and integration of marketing technology platforms, including CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and customer data platforms.
- Evaluate, enhance, and rationalize the Martech stack across business units to improve scalability, efficiency, and ROI.
- Ensure smooth integration and alignment between Martech and other business systems
- Partner with marketing, sales, IT, and product teams to ensure alignment on technology and customer engagement strategies.
- Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of Martech solutions.
- Advocate for customer-centric approaches across the organization
- Lead Email and owned channel marketing strategy to drive engagement and product education (Email, SMS, onsite popup. in app push) across critical funnel touchpoints
- Drive automation strategy
- Analyze customer data to uncover trends, behaviors, and opportunities for targeted marketing.
- Drive nurturing to conversion for pre-sale consumers
- Develop dashboards and reports to monitor CRM performance metrics and campaign effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities to improve segmentation, targeting, and personalization.
- Influence and drive the creation of compelling creative content and copy for owned channels.
- Drive rapid innovation and test/learn new journeys and journey variation
- Utilize A/B testing and experimentation to improve campaign outcomes and ROI.
