SHORT DESCRIPTION

Seeking a Director, Field Marketing to drive and scale innovative marketing strategies focused on enterprise clients in North America, enhancing brand visibility and demand generation.

HUMAN was founded in 2012 in a Brooklyn sci-fi bookstore by Tamer Hassan, Michael Tiffany, Dan Kaminsky, and Ash Kalb. Our humble beginnings led to the creation of the Human Defense Platform, the backbone of all our products that safeguards enterprises from sophisticated bots, fraud, and account abuse. Today we verify the humanity of more than 20 trillion interactions per week for some of the largest companies and internet platforms.

Our hacker roots still permeate everything we do. You will be a part of the HUMAN front line in our commitment to protecting companies (and in turn, their customers) from both revenue and reputation risk caused by digital attacks. However, HUMAN is not the center of this story. Humans like yourself are. We firmly believe in putting people first. This approach spans our extensive total rewards package, inclusive of competitive compensation, benefits, stipends - as well as our day-to-day culture - to ensure every human is empowered to do the best work of their life. We want to hear about the marathon you’re training for. We want to see pictures of your pets. We want to know your favorite robot (we have many).

Even if you’re not a conventional “hacker” we can assure you that you are a hacker in your own right. We want to work with people like you who break down problems to build up better solutions. That’s what makes us HUMAN. You’ll be joining us at an exciting moment in the HUMAN story: we joined forces with PerimeterX in a
market-changing merger, as well as recently acquired clean.io to enhance the Human Defense Platform. Together under the HUMAN brand, we will disrupt the economics of cybercrime. We hope you can join us in that mission.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director, Field Marketing, Nationals to drive and scale our enterprise-focused marketing efforts across North America. In this role, you will spearhead innovative marketing strategies designed to drive awareness, demand generation, and revenue growth within our enterprise customer segment within North America. You will work closely with sales, product marketing, and executive teams to develop highly targeted campaigns that resonate with our enterprise clients and fuel our next phase of growth. This is a high-impact, strategic role for a marketing professional with a proven track record in B2B enterprise marketing and a passion for delivering measurable business results.

Who You are:

    • 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on enterprise field marketing or demand generation. Experience in the cybersecurity, technology, or SaaS industries is highly desirable.
    • Expert understanding of marketing, in particular best-in-class execution of social, event, thought leadership, channel, community, and account-based marketing.
    • Proven experience in executing field marketing campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes.
    • Strong ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and other marketing teams to deliver cohesive, impactful campaigns.
    • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions and optimize marketing strategies.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present and influence at all levels of the organization.
    • Proactive, conscientious, detail-oriented, and creative.
    • Open to 30-40% travel depending on location.

What You'll do

    • Develop and execute comprehensive enterprise field marketing strategies to support sales targets, pipeline growth, and brand visibility.
    • Collaborate with regional sales leaders to tailor marketing campaigns and programs that support regional sales objectives and drive demand in key verticals.
    • Partner with product marketing to ensure campaigns are equipped with messaging, content, and tools to successfully promote enterprise solutions.
    • Design, plan, and execute targeted field marketing campaigns that support account-based marketing (ABM) strategies, drive customer acquisition, and accelerate pipeline development.
    • Act as a hands-on contributor, directly executing a broad range of critical marketing initiatives focused on top partners, accounts, industries, and segments.
    • Leverage industry events, trade shows, webinars, and other tactics to increase engagement and build relationships with enterprise prospects and customers.
    • Develop and oversee the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, in-person, and hybrid events that drive engagement and conversion among enterprise accounts.
    • Collaborate with sales, customer success, and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business priorities and customer pain points.
    • Partner with demand generation and digital marketing teams to develop highly targeted, multi-channel campaigns that optimize lead generation and conversion rates.
    • Use analytics and reporting to measure and improve the effectiveness of marketing programs, continuously optimizing for ROI and pipeline acceleration.
    • Develop KPIs and benchmarks to evaluate the success of field marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader enterprise goals.
    • Advise the digital and outbound acquisition team as they develop, plan, execute, and measure supporting, highly impactful demand generation and marketing campaigns.
    • Partner with the customer marketing team, where applicable, to support customer renewal and cross-sell/upsell opportunities.
    • Track and report on program performance, ROI, and impact on the sales pipeline, providing insights to the executive and sales leadership team.
The base pay range for this position is $150,000- $180,000 which can include additional on-target bonus and/or incentives.
