What You’ll Do
The Director, Marketing & Communications will help steer the vision for Rendevor’s next chapter in accordance with the company’s mission and values. They will play a leading role in the development and orchestration of marketing plans, campaigns and reporting, and will collaborate with internal and external parties to execute.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- Relevant certifications a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in corporate marketing and communications, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth.
- Experience working with senior leadership to align marketing strategies with organizational goals.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling message for diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player who can work effectively across functions and with external vendors.
- Advanced user of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Travel:
- Typical amount of travel required to perform this role successfully: 10-15%
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy and (re)Positioning:
- Develop and execute a cohesive brand strategy that repositions the company as an innovator in the dialysis space.
- Ensure consistent messaging and visual branding across all divisions and channels.
- Lead marketing initiatives that support corporate growth objectives, focusing on brand awareness, employee and partner engagement, and market expansion.
- Corporate Communications:
- Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies to align with the company’s vision, mission and transformation goals.
- Manage communications, including the creation of marketing plans, execution of divisional and corporate campaigns, corporate announcements, conferences and special events.
- Content Development and Digital Marketing:
- Contribute to the content marketing strategies that highlight our expertise and innovation—with primary responsibility for execution of the annual Hospitals Marketing Plan.
- Guide and collaborate on the company’s digital marketing efforts including SEO, social media, email marketing, newsletter, and content marketing.
- Provide input and feedback on Phase 2 website content management and optimization for lead generation and SEO performance.
- Leadership and Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure alignment between program and marketing initiatives.
- Partner with the senior leaders to support the company’s long-term business objectives through strategic marketing initiatives.
- Event Management and Industry Engagement:
- Collaborate with Business Lines to plan and manage participation in industry events, including conferences and launches, to increase brand visibility and drive lead generation.
- Develop strategies to elevate our presence and thought leadership in the industry by participating in speaking engagements, panel discussions, and industry publications.
- Date-Driven Marketing and Reporting:
- Utilize date and analytics to continuously evaluate and improve marketing strategies, measuring the success of campaigns through metrics like ROI, lead generation, and brand awareness.
- Set and monitor KPIs for all marketing and communication activities, regularly reporting to senior leadership on progress and results.
- Employer Branding and Internal Communication:
- Collaborate with Human Resources to enhance our employer brand, ensuring that internal communications align with the company’s culture and business transformation goals.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Building:
- Build and nurture relationships with key external partners, including vendors and clients.
- Engage with partners and employees through events, sponsorships, and other outreach efforts to drive brand recognition and loyalty.
- Budget Management and Resources Allocation:
- Manage marketing and communications budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Monitor expenses and ensure initiatives are executed within budgetary constraints and reported on using Rendevor’s Accounting protocols.
- Check email daily and respond appropriately and timely; use company-provided email for all work-related email communications
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance and punctuality
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as required and/or assigned.
Supervision:
- This position will report directly to VP, Marketing.
Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, phones, and photocopiers/scanners. May be asked to visit dialysis units in hospitals, correctional facilities or post-acute therapy settings.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to sit, stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms. This position requires the ability to occasionally push, pull or lift supplies and products up to 50 pounds. Specific visual abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
