HYPEACH is seeking a Director of Marketing who will lead comprehensive marketing strategies and operations across paid and organic channels, as well as online and in store. 2025 will be a pivotal year for the Company's growth and this role is key to help lead and drive to growth targets. Reporting to the Chief Brand & Product Officer, this role requires expertise in marketing strategic planning, data analysis, campaign optimization, social media & content strategy & team leadership. The ideal candidate is an innovative marketer with exceptional process management & communications skills and the ability to manage strategically & tactically across multiple teams.
This role is full time and is required to be located physically at our Irvine, CA Headquarters.
RESPONSIBILIITIES
- The Director of Marketing will lead comprehensive marketing communications and growth strategies across paid and organic channels, & across online and store commerce channels
- Develop strategies, tactics and goals by month/quarter for the fiscal year to achieve Company stated goals, and based on performance and market trends
- Support the Content & Design Manager, Social Media Manager and other roles to build and grow best in class social media strategies in IG, TikTok, Pinterest, YT, LI
- Manage agency relationships and outcomes to optimize Meta, TikTok and Google Ads with creative & targeting testing & optimization to align with the brand & achieve goals
- Support the Creator/Squad Program Mgr. to optimize & grow the program into a best-in-class community activation platform driving sales & engagement
- Support the CRM & Web/APP Manager to lead audience/segment-based targeting and nurture personalized campaigns/flows in email, SMS & Push to achieve channel goals for new & existing customers in our VIP Club Rewards program
- Support the CRM & Web/APP Manager to manage and optimize the overall web and & experience on Shopify and various APP plugins to increase average site time, AOV, ATC and purchase conversion rate
- Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly marketing performance reports, including lead funnels, channel trackers, and trend analyses
- Prepare and present key metrics and monthly volume forecasts to executive leadership
- Reconcile costs and update forecasting models based on current data and trends
- Prepare and present updates for weekly marketing meetings, monthly volume presentations, and growth optimization projects
- Ensure alignment between actual expenses and projections by reconciling monthly costs with accrual sheets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including marketing, product, tech, legal, and finance teams
- Lead the onsite and offsite marketing team resources and facilitate an environment that enables people’s strengths and fosters an overall high performing team
- This role reports to the Chief Brand & Product Officer.
EXPERIENCE - You own this if you have…
- 7-10+ years of marketing leadership experience in women’s fashion retail & e-commerce, with a track record for exceeding goals and effectively driving growth
- Undergraduate degree required, Master's degree preferred
- A high level of ownership, accountability and initiative
- Strong understanding of and experience in leading growth in digital marketing, e-commerce, social media and content marketing
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, reporting platforms, channel systems and financial reconciliation processes (Google Analytics, Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, Aspire & other core systems)
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities.
- The ability to identify opportunities that benefit the customer and build solutions that meet the customers’ expectations, including resolving any issues
- Comfortable working with different personalities, new people and subject matter experts
- A desire to lead an in environment that fosters innovation & testing, unlimited creativity and a growth and data-driven marketing mindset
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $140,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
