We are looking for a Director, Marketing - Home Medical Equipment/Home Infusion to drive marketing strategies, plans and execution that support the organization’s accelerated growth objective as a leading technology provider for post-acute care.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, RCS the Director, Marketing - Home Medical Equipment/Home Infusion will serve as a key member of the SaaS Marketing Leadership Team and will be responsible for all aspects of marketing across Home Medical Equipment providers (HME) and Home Infusion providers (HI) in collaboration with key stakeholders. The right candidate will be a resourceful leader who is fluent in all aspects of marketing from strategic planning to execution and lead gen, has experience B2B marketing and RCS business models, and is passionate about driving measurable business results.
The primary role of the Marketing Management function is to oversee all the areas within marketing for a location, division, or business unit. Be responsible for the development and implementation of marketing and promotional strategy for the ResMed products in cooperation with the regions, MarComms and in alignment with global strategy. Key deliverables include, planning to implementation of all marketing activities necessary to meet company's top line and bottom line growth, profitability targets and both internal organic and external growth.

1. Strategy Development and Execution:
- Define and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve key metrics throughout the marketing funnel.
- Adapt strategies based on performance, industry trends, and competitive insights.
2. Positioning and Value Proposition Development:
- Position our company as a leading technology innovator and industry thought leader.
- Develop and communicate differentiated value propositions focused on problem-solution-result messaging.
3. Campaign Optimization:
- Gather and analyze data on consumer behavior, preferences, and market trends to understand target audiences and inform marketing strategies.
- Collect and analyze performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, ROI, customer engagement) to evaluate the success of marketing initiatives and refine future campaigns.
4. Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Utilize data and analytics to identify marketing opportunities and evaluate program effectiveness.
- Communicate insights and adjust strategies based on data-driven findings.
5. Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing marketing team.
- Manage budget and prioritize investments effectively, including adjustments to mid-year budget changes.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with sales, product management, customer success, and other teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Drive marketing projects using a shared services model.
7. Communication Skills:
- Exhibit strong internal and external communication skills.
- Build and lead teams effectively, and present executive-level messaging with a strong customer-facing presence.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- B2B Product Marketing Experience: 10+ years of experience, with a strong preference for experience in healthcare and/or SaaS sectors.
- Strategic Acumen: Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies and adapt based on performance metrics.
- Team management experience: 5+ years of management experience
- Positioning Expertise: Experience in positioning technology solutions and creating differentiated value propositions.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and develop marketing teams, manage budgets, and drive results.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working with diverse teams and driving projects using a shared services approach.
- Campaign Optimization: Expertise in leveraging data for lead generation and nurturing strategies.
- Data Proficiency: Strong analytical skills to assess and communicate insights, driving strategic adjustments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in executive messaging and team leadership.
- Other: Ability to travel < 20%
