Director Of Advertising
JOB DESCRIPTION:
We’re looking for a talented Director of Advertising to lead our Ads team. In this role, you will oversee junior and senior ads strategists and manage some of our highest-paying ads accounts. You will be responsible for training your team and establishing and enforcing Ads team SOPs.
Although you will not be doing the work on every account, you are ultimately accountable for ensuring our clients’ ads accounts are properly onboarded, set up, optimized, and maintained. We measure success for our advertising based on our clients obtaining ROI on their ads.
Must-have qualifications:
- Experience managing an ads team
- An advanced understanding of Google Ads (PPC and LSA) – ideally 5+ years of experience
- An advanced understanding of conversion tracking deployment for Google Ads
- Self-sufficiency and strong desire to “own” your department
- An extremely strong communicator who is not afraid to search for and suggest solutions proactively
Nice-to-have qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Have some experience advertising for law firms
- Have some experience running Meta (Facebook) Ads, Bing Ads
This role will work a US business day schedule.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
