Adobe’s Digital Strategy Group is a dynamic and collaborative team which sets Adobe’s industry strategy and vision, advises our C-level customers how to achieve their transformation goals, and helps them measure the value of their digital experience initiatives. We are seeking a Director of B2B Go-to-Market Transformation to advance Adobe's vision and thought leadership on topics like scaling & automating content creation , adopting buying groups, and modernizing B2B customer experience . This is your chance to define the “state of the art ”, prove it with the top B2B brands, and amplify it using Adobe’s platform . You will work closely with customers, Adobe product leaders, marketing and field teams to develop "how-to" guidance on strategies, operating models, and change management . Success will be measured by revenue growth in relevant industries & solutions, and publi cation of thought leadership and customer success stories.
What you'll do
Provide expert guidance to clients (from C-level to functional leaders) on how to plan and execute large-scale transformation, with a focus on Revenue Marketing.
Develop original thought leadership content on how companies transform their Go-To-Market strategy and operating models , drawing from experience, research, and client engagement.
Represent Adobe as an inspiring B2B speaker in Adobe, partner, and third-party events and media.
Share “ voice of customer ” insights with Product and other functions and help shape category vision, product roadmap, and marketing strategy.
Innovate how Marketing & Field teams use Adobe technology to run our own business.
What you'll need to succeed
1 5 + years of experience in Enterprise B2B marketing, in-house and/ or with a leading consulting firm , and using technologies like Marketo Engage , Eloqua, 6sense , ZoomInfo, Outreach .io or similar.
Experience leading transformations with strong results in areas like Account-Based Marketing, adopting Buying Groups, and GTM content strategy.
Extreme passion for solving customer problems at all stages of their lifecycle from pre-sales to adoption and value realization.
Track record of anticipating disruptive market trends and rallying direct reports, cross-functional leaders & collaborators to take bold action.
Established reputation for sharing insights through published content and public speaking.
Willing to travel for customers as needed (~30% of time).
Location: San Francisco or San Jose offices.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $178,900 -- $310,300 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
