We are a trusted partner for three of the four largest companies in the world, twelve of the fifty largest banks, and eight of the world’s largest governments. We’ve blocked more than 225 million malicious sites and perform takedowns against one-third of the world’s phishing sites.

Our purpose, passion and expertise are focused on just one thing - protecting the world from cybercrime – and we carry that passion into our workplace as well. Our people are highly talented, and everyone is valued and rewarded for their unique contributions. That’s one of the many reasons Netcraft is a great place to work.

The Role:

As the Director of Brand Marketing, you will be responsible for architecting, driving, and overseeing Netcraft's brand identity worldwide, elevating brand recognition and engagement across all channels. You’ll direct Netcraft’s efforts across various Brand curriculums including Content Marketing, Communications, Community and Influencer Marketing, Analyst Relations, and Public Relations. You'll help create strategies to build Netcraft’s presence in North America and around the world. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where strategy and execution find perfect harmony, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that amplify Netcraft's position, trust, and reputation in the cybersecurity industry
  • Partner with Demand Generation and Product Marketing to create campaigns that capture qualified demand and result in pipeline growth and closed revenue
  • Work with analysts, media, reporters, and influencers to establish Netcraft as a trusted brand in the space
  • Work closely with Sales, Product, and other cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business objectives
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of brand marketing initiatives to accelerate brand velocity, providing regular performance updates and reports
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that inform brand strategies and campaigns

To be Successful You’ll Need:

  • Proven experience building brand growth programs in a B2B environment, preferably in the cyber security or technology industries
  • Track record of success in building brand awareness, reputation, and critical industry relationships that result in increased exposure and demand creation
  • Experience leading and managing results-oriented, high-performing global marketing teams or functions
  • Deep understanding of global B2B marketing strategies and tactics with expertise in campaigns, digital marketing, and ABM across multiple channels and geographies
  • Experience building and executing creative content marketing programs and strategies in partnership with demand generation teams to drive demand creation and demand capture programs
  • A background in organizing Public Relations programs, working with media, and managing brand exposure in partnership with PR agency
  • Track record of results in partnership with Analyst Relations, including working with both large (Gartner, Forrester, etc.) and boutique (Datos, Frost & Sullivan, etc.) analyst firms
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and evaluate performance metrics
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts and programs across diverse teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product Strategy, and Account Management
  • An expert-level ability to balance between creative and critical thinking, capitalizing on near-term opportunities while balancing long-term investments
  • Ability to travel for national and international meetings, events, and conferences as required
  • BS/BA in Business, Marketing, Communications, English, or an equivalent degree

The reward package:

We like to look after our people and make them feel very well-supported, so the reward package includes:

  • A highly competitive salary, reviewed annually, plus bonus
