Director Of Business Development

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Director of Business Development to lead the growth of our new assisted living/memory care community and expand our market presence. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in business development, senior healthcare, and customer relationship management. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional time management skills and the ability to effectively market our services to potential clients and referral sources. This position plays a crucial role in shaping our business strategy and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business development goals and objectives.
• Identify all opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients.
• Collaborate with our leadership and clinical teams to help ensure customer satisfaction.
• Utilize CRM for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and reporting on business development progress.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Experience

• Proven experience in business development or related field, with a track record of successfully driving sales growth.
• Strong understanding of strategic planning principles and marketing methodologies.
• Proficiency in customer relationship management tools, particularly CRM.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence external business development at all levels, with an emphasis on building strong relationships.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
