Our target industries include legal, healthcare, travel, and auto. With a focus on delivering measurable results, we empower our clients to drive revenue growth and build lasting partnerships.
We are seeking ambitious, experienced Sales Specialists to join our team and help achieve our revenue goals of $3 million per year per salesperson.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and approach B2B clients in target industries using outbound cold outreach, networking, referrals, and inbound leads provided by the marketing team.
- Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead qualification to closing, ensuring a consistent pipeline of high-quality clients.
- Client Relationships: Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor to their marketing needs.
- Custom Proposals: Develop tailored marketing solutions that address specific client challenges, focusing on ROI and scalability.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align on client needs and deliverables.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ year proven track record of B2B sales success, ideally in digital marketing or related industries.
- Familiarity with performance, influencer, precision, and partnership marketing concepts.
- Experience selling to industries such as legal, healthcare, luxury travel, luxury auto, or medical aesthetics (health and beauty) is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-starter mentality with a results-driven attitude.
- Ability to meet or exceed a revenue goal of $3 million annually with a ramp up period.
