DESCRIPTION
PYA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Content Marketing to lead the development, execution, and management of a comprehensive content strategy that supports the firm’s marketing and business development goals. This role is pivotal in shaping PYA’s voice, thought leadership, and digital presence while ensuring alignment with the company’s brand values and business objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute a content marketing strategy aligned with PYA’s overall marketing goals and target audiences, positioning PYA as a trusted leader in its industries that resonates with clients, prospects, and stakeholders
- Lead the creation and execution of a robust LinkedIn content strategy to amplify PYA’s thought leadership and brand presence
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop webinar topics, agendas, and content
- Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content, including blogs, white papers, case studies, videos, webinars, and social media posts
- Collaborate with a team of writers, editors, and external vendors, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
- Work with the PYA Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and the firm’s PR agency to coordinate public relations efforts and amplify thought leadership
- Collaborate with both the internal and external digital marketing teams to optimize content for search engine optimization (SEO)
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of experience in content marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies in a B2B professional services environment (preferably in accounting, consulting, or healthcare sectors)
- Proficiency in SEO, digital marketing, and analytics tools; familiarity with marketing platforms such as Salesforce, Pardot, and content management systems
- Creative problem solver with a high level of strategic, analytical, and conceptual skills and a passion for helping
- Traits that include detail-orientation, flexibility, and responsiveness
- Exceptional time management, communication, and project management skills
