Summary
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following
Wyld Brand Digital Strategy & Management
- Continuously develop and implement Wyld Brands digital marketing strategic plan
- Manage the Wyld digital marketing team, ensuring successful execution and distribution of content and communications
- Supervise performance marketing goals, budgets and partnerships with a strong emphasis on consumer acquisition and retention
- Manage web analytics, sales analysis, performance reporting and directional recommendations for all digital marketing activity
- Establish cross-functional projects, processes and workflows to support brand requirements online
- Manage technical development and implementation for web properties, apps, and integrations
- Manage compliance requirements across all digital channels and platforms
- Coordinate performance marketing activities with Sales leadership to drive digital sales through retail platforms
- Collaborate with brand creative, trade marketing, sales and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of digital content into user experiences throughout the customer journey

Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing program management with an emphasis on sales acceleration, including multi-platform traffic acquisition, ecommerce sales management, social media and email marketing
- Experience managing websites using Shopify, WordPress, Squarespace
- Demonstrated success in building consumer engagement with online content
- Demonstrated success in driving positive ROI through performance marketing programs
- Deep knowledge of best practice and compliance requirements across online communities, platforms, and jurisdictions, including consumer data and privacy
- Experience with managing projects in web development and digital service integrations
- Skilled in data management, analysis, visualization and reporting
- Resourceful, self-motivated with a sense of urgency and strong work ethic. Capable of regularly using good judgment and problem-solving skills to accomplish goals and work requirements
- Exceptional organizational skills with a high consideration to detail and accuracy
- Language Skills: Must be able to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and written
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to professionally interact with managers, staff and officers at all levels of the organization with diplomacy and professionalism
- Not afraid to take ownership; demonstrates a growth mindset
- State regulations require all applicants must be 21 years of age or older
- Will be required to submit to a background check
- Must obtain all state required: permits, licenses, certifications
- Travel between sites will be required

As a exempt employee, you'll receive a competitive salary of $115,00 - $125,00/yr, 11 paid holidays, unlimited PTO, 401K, and fully paid health, dental and vision insurance.
