Overview Summary:
As the Director of E-Commerce, you will own the strategy, execution, and performance of our digital storefronts. You’ll drive revenue growth, enhance customer experience, and scale our direct-to-consumer business across multiple brands. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring a blend of strategic vision, analytical expertise, and hands-on execution.
Primary Responsibilities (not limited to):
- Develop and execute the e-commerce growth strategy for Bed Stu, Roan, Santa Rosa, and our new brand launch to increase online revenue, profitability, and customer engagement.
- Ability to stay on brand and elevate the brand(s) while avoiding traditional promotional/discount strategies that would cheapen it.
- Oversee site development, UX/UI optimization, merchandising, and digital performance marketing ensuring a seamless shopping experience across all digital touchpoints.
- Drive DTC sales growth through conversion rate optimization (CRO), A/B testing, and analytics-driven decision-making.
- Lead e-commerce operations, including inventory planning, fulfillment strategies, and customer experience.
- Manage digital marketing initiatives, collaborating with internal teams and agencies on SEO, SEM, email, SMS, paid media, and affiliate marketing.
- Leverage data to improve customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
- Identify and implement new technologies and innovations to improve the online shopping experience and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Leverage data analytics and consumer insights to refine digital marketing campaigns and enhance personalization strategies.
- Work closely with merchandising and product teams to align inventory planning, promotions, and product launches with digital initiatives.
- Lead the launch and scale of our new brand’s e-commerce presence, ensuring a seamless go-to-market strategy.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), conduct regular reporting, and present actionable insights to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in e-commerce preferably in footwear, fashion, or premium consumer goods.
- Experience in Shopify Plus, Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, and digital performance tools.
- Experience in customer journey mapping, UX/UI best practices, and site optimization.
- Strong track record of DTC revenue growth, site optimization, and customer retention strategies.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams, including marketing, development, and operations.
- Ability to balance big-picture strategy with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for heritage craftsmanship, brand storytelling, and creating authentic customer experiences.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
