SportRx is searching for a growth-minded eCommerce Director to build a strong team, engage new audiences and further optimize our eCommerce platform. As the visionary behind our DTC channel, you'll further shape SportRx.com as a seamless shopping experience through digital marketing strategies, Saas tools and loyalty strategies that enrich our customer lifecycle.

THE ROLE

We're on the hunt for a Director of E-commerce to lead and elevate our DTC channel. This isn't just a role-it's your chance to be the architect of SportRx's growth story, managing a dynamic team working hand in hand with Marketing, Product, IT and Operations. You'll craft and execute strategies that amplify revenue, engage customers, and elevate our brands' digital experiences, ensuring a top notch end-to-end consumer experience at every touchpoint. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute a dynamic, all-encompassing e-commerce strategy to drive growth and increase market share. Define online experience strategies and priorities for the organization.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to own the digital roadmap including A/B testing, new capabilities, and establishing a UX/UI vision.
  • Lead business strategies across areas of responsibility including sales & forecasting, site merchandising, assortment planning, pricing and promotions, site content & SEO while also acting as a key liaison to cross functional partners
  • Drive online sales growth by implementing effective merchandising, content strategies, targeted promotions, and compelling customer experiences. Utilize insights from sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to make informed, data-driven decisions that optimize revenue.
  • Create and implement strategies to boost sales, enhance brand visibility, optimize search and content, and improve product discovery through merchandising
  • Lead, inspire, and mentor a high-performing team while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Empower the team to collaboratively achieve established business goals and drive success.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Extensive experience in running an e-commerce platform (Salesforce Commerce, BigCommerce, Shopify, Magento 2 or similar) and leveraging accompanying reporting tools, including but not limited to: Klaviyo and/or other CRM, Google Analytics, Tableau or similar.
  • In-depth understanding of the eCommerce digital ecosystem, including web applications, site merchandising, SEO, email marketing, and KPI reporting.
  • Exceptional analytical abilities with a talent for translating complex data into actionable, strategic decisions.
  • Experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and developing and managing the user experience roadmap
  • Experience in DTC, HTML/CSS, omnichannel retail, or ERP systems

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

  • Compensation: The estimated annual base salary for this role ranges from $140,000.00 - $170,000.00. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications and experience.
