Job Summary:

Z Gallerie is seeking a dynamic and experienced E-Commerce Manager to lead and drive our online retail operations. This role will be instrumental in formulating and executing comprehensive e-commerce strategies to enhance website functionality, optimize digital marketing efforts, and improve customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in e-commerce management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to achieve sales goals and operational excellence.

As the E-Commerce Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our digital presence, including website operations, online sales channels, and data-driven marketing campaigns, while inspiring and managing a high-performing team. Position Responsibilities:

1.Formulate and execute the company's e-commerce strategy, including website development, digital marketing, online sales, and customer experience.

2.Lead and manage the e-commerce team, ensuring team goals are achieved and performance is improved.

3.Supervise website operations, including content management, user experience, and technical support, to ensure website functionality and provide a good user experience.

4.Manage digital marketing activities, including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media marketing, and email marketing, to increase brand awareness and online sales.

5.Manage online sales channels, collaborate with third-party platforms, and optimize sales processes to increase sales efficiency and profits.

6.Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional activities and sales strategies to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.

7.Analyze data and metrics, formulate reports and recommendations to improve e-commerce operations and increase sales revenue.

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in e-commerce, marketing, or related fields.

2.More than 5 years of e-commerce or digital marketing experience, with management experience preferred.

3.Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and tools such as Magento, Shopify, WordPress, etc.

4.Excellent team leadership and communication skills, able to collaborate with cross-departmental teams.

5.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to formulate and execute effective e-commerce strategies.

6.Familiar with internet industry trends and best practices, with innovative thinking and a willingness to learn continuously.

7.Bilingual in Mandarin

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $140,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
