Job Summary
The Director of Facility Marketing is responsible for driving the marketing strategy and efforts to promote IBH services to physician offices, skilled nursing facilities, and other healthcare providers. This role involves managing a team of marketing professionals, building and nurturing relationships with prospective clients, and integrating services into treatment plans. The Director plays a key role in business development by establishing and expanding referral networks, as well as overseeing facility retention.

Duties

  • Identify and build relationships with prospective facilities, physicians and community stake holders to drive business growth.
  • Obtain new contracts from facilities, initiating the onboarding process and facilitating onboarding admission meetings.
  • Regularly report growth opportunities to IBH management, providing updates on new business prospects and service expansion.
  • Monitor facility retention metrics and develop strategies to maintain satisfaction and ensure long-term service retention.
  • Develop and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with facility staff to support contracted services and ensure retention.
  • Work closely with the Facility Operations team to ensure the delivery of services as outlined in facility contracts, providing feedback and participating in issue resolution processes.
  • Travel within a designated region to visit potential partner facilities and current contracts, with occasional overnight visits as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal public relations team to align marketing and service delivery efforts. Create and implement marketing strategies. Oversee publicity activities, advertising campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of marketing professionals to achieve department goals and objectives.

Position Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree required.
  • Proven Experience: 3 years working in long-term care or behavioral health industry; 2 years working in healthcare marketing, business development or related fields required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability and willingness to travel daily within the designated territory.
  • Strategic thinking with a focus on driving business growth and service integration.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Familiarity with electronic medical record systems.
