Compensation: $125,000 to $165,000 Variable/Performance-Based Pay Annually + Benefits

The Role
The client is seeking an experienced Director of Growth to lead their digital growth strategy and execution. This mid-senior position requires a hands-on leader who can seamlessly manage strategy development while rolling up their sleeves to execute. The ideal candidate is both a doer and a manager, comfortable navigating the challenges of a startup while driving measurable results across digital platforms.
Responsibilities
- Digital Growth Strategy: Develop and implement scalable digital strategies to grow online presence and drive revenue growth.
- Paid Media Management: Lead SEM and paid social campaigns, ensuring optimization for ROI and engagement.
- Affiliate Marketing: Collaborate on affiliate marketing efforts to expand reach and drive customer acquisition.
- Agency Management: Oversee and manage relationships with digital marketing agencies to execute campaigns effectively.
- A/B Testing: Conduct ongoing A/B testing to optimize creatives, messaging, and landing pages.
- Subscription Launch: Lead the planning, development, and launch of subscription offerings to enhance customer retention.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, including CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and ROAS.
- Create comprehensive monthly and quarterly performance reports, including actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Ensure stakeholders are regularly updated on campaign performance and growth initiatives through clear and concise communication.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, branding, and operations, to align growth initiatives with broader business goals.
Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in CPG and e-commerce, with a proven track record of driving growth in fast-paced environments.
- Expertise in SEM, paid social, affiliate marketing, and subscription-based business models. Experience managing a 50K-100K monthly media budget.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Shopify, and other performance tracking platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and collaborate with digital marketing agencies.
- Experience conducting A/B testing and applying data-driven insights to optimize performance.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Comfortable working under pressure in a dynamic startup environment.
- A team player with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
