Parity is seeking a Director of Growth & Sales to drive homebuyer pipeline development, revenue growth, and community revitalization efforts in West Baltimore.

We create upfront demand for homeownership opportunities in neighborhoods experiencing hyper-vacancy by creating pathways for social collectives to purchase homes together block by block as a means of community-building and wealth-building. Parity removes systemic barriers to neighborhood revitalization by using innovative methods to acquire and renovate decades-abandoned properties and sells the homes at attainable price points, which unlocks the supply-demand quandary that keeps neighborhoods depressed.

Parity is at a catalytic inflection point in our journey where we are 10x’ing our impact and scale. The Director of Growth & Sales will be one of the most crucial hires for the company in that you will build the systems and processes for our sales pipeline that fuel our growth for years to come.

Requirements
Sales Infrastructure & Strategy
- Design and implement a scalable sales pipeline capable of handling rapid growth and high-volume leads.
- Develop and optimize sales processes and playbooks to drive efficiency and conversion rates, while reducing churn.
- Implement and manage our Hubspot CRM to ensure seamless lead tracking and data accuracy.
- Create KPIs and dashboards to track performance, pipeline health, and revenue growth.
- Continuously refine the sales strategy based on data insights, market trends, and customer feedback.
Growth Marketing
- Nurture Parity’s brand strategy and manage the content creation team to refine our company’s voice both online and offline.
- Develop a comprehensive growth strategy to drive lead acquisition and nurture existing leads across multiple channels (email, newsletter, blog, social, paid, SEO, content).
- Launch and optimize multi-channel campaigns to attract, convert, and retain customers.
- Implement marketing automation to streamline lead nurturing and improve conversion rates.
- A/B test messaging, offers, and landing pages to identify what drives the highest growth.
- Assist with physical placemaking strategy to cultivate engagement in Parity’s neighborhood, and facilitate high-conversion in-person events.
- Identify and execute partnerships and referral programs that can amplify growth.
Customer Acquisition & Conversion
- Identify target customer segments and develop detailed buyer personas and customer journeys.
- Identify the channels, mediums, and modes of reaching Parity’s audiences including future homebuyers, donors, investors, sponsors, and strategic partners.
- Create and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads and implement strategies to accelerate deal closure.
- Implement data-driven sales tactics to increase conversion rates and shorten sales cycles.
- Collaborate closely with product and customer success teams to ensure seamless handoffs and customer satisfaction.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and scale a high-performing sales and growth team, including hiring, training, and mentoring talent.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success teams to align on growth goals and strategies.
- Report directly to the CEO with clear insights on performance, challenges, and strategic opportunities.
- Foster a culture of radical accountability, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Deep experience with sales, consumer behavior, demographical psychographics, human centered design, persona creation, and customer segmentation.
- Native comfortability with at least 8 of the following and can get up to speed quickly on the others: Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, Facebook, LinkedIn, web, email, blog, press, earned media, paid media, podcasts, speaking engagements, SEO.
- High proficiency in Hubspot.
- Comfortability with basic graphic design such as Canva or Illustrator, and basic web development skills (Wix, SquareSpace, etc.)
- Deep experience with web analytics and A/B testing.
- Excellent communications and written skills.
- Experience with sales optimization and conversational intelligence tools like Gong.io.
- Proficiency in email marketing and drip email campaigns.
- Proven success and desire to lead a team.
- Experience with creating compelling digital campaigns and engaging content across a variety of mediums, with a heavy emphasis on social media content and video.
- Comfort with public speaking and presenting to groups, and a knack for inspiring people around a common mission or set of powerful ideas.
- Strong understanding of revenue operations best practices with the ability to build scalable processes in an early stage, evolving company
- High emotional intelligence, ability to build and sustain relationships at multiple levels, including strong communication skills to influence senior leadership on company strategy.
- Previous leadership in a venture-backed high-growth company a plus.

- Must be in, or willing to relocate to the Baltimore metropolitan area (within 1 hour commute)
- 2 days in the office, and the remainder of the week remotely
