We are seeking a dynamic Director of Marketing to drive brand growth, innovate marketing strategies, and shape the company's strategic direction in a fast-paced environment.
Purpose:
We are seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial-minded leader to drive the growth and evolution of our brand while playing an integral role in shaping the strategic direction of the organization. This role goes beyond traditional marketing, requiring someone who is passionate about innovating across multiple touchpoints, from customer acquisition to community engagement, and who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. The successful candidate will be instrumental in guiding the company’s broader business strategies, leveraging marketing insights to fuel growth, and collaborating across departments to drive meaningful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
As the Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for:
- Brand Development & Positioning:
- Lead the evolution of our brand, ensuring a consistent and differentiated voice across all customer touchpoints, including online and offline channels, real estate agent programs, and community events.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, product development) to ensure alignment of brand messaging and strategy with business goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership:
- Actively participate in strategic decision-making across the organization, offering marketing insights that shape broader business initiatives.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to internal teams, working alongside sales, property managers, and executive leadership to achieve shared objectives.
- Manage relationships with external partners, including ad agencies, PR firms, and content creators, ensuring marketing initiatives are aligned with organizational goals.
- Strategic Digital Marketing & Innovation:
- Drive the creation and execution of high-impact digital marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness and drive qualified leads.
- Work closely with Property Managers and Sales Teams to create content and lead generation strategies that resonate with target audiences.
- Optimize digital channels (website, social media, email, SEO) for maximum impact and performance.
- Analyze digital metrics and customer data to continuously refine and improve strategies. Communicate results and insights to the executive team, including the CEO.
- Customer & Market Insights:
- Cultivate an in-depth understanding of customer needs, preferences, and behaviors through data analysis and market research.
- Regularly assess competitive landscape, traffic, sales, and pricing to inform strategic decisions.
- Segment customer bases and develop targeted strategies for different buyer personas.
- Annual Planning & Budgeting:
- Develop and manage annual marketing plans and budgets, ensuring they align with the company’s financial and business goals.
- Leverage customer data, market insights, and business intelligence to create effective marketing strategies and allocate resources efficiently.
- Community Engagement & Outreach:
- Spearhead community outreach initiatives and build relationships with key local stakeholders, including realtors, small businesses, and retail owners.
- Create and execute impactful community events that engage both current and potential customers, and drive traffic to the community.
- Partner with mixed-use retail owners to design experiential marketing events that resonate with core consumers and increase foot traffic.
- Data-Driven Decision Making & Performance Tracking:
- Use key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and community initiatives.
- Regularly report on performance, sharing actionable insights with senior leadership and recommending adjustments to optimize outcomes.
- Product & Customer Experience Integration:
- Collaborate with product development teams to integrate marketing insights into community and product strategies.
- Contribute to the creation of compelling customer experiences both on-site and online, ensuring a seamless journey from awareness to purchase.
- Team Leadership & Development:
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture within the marketing team, coaching and mentoring staff to reach their full potential.
- Demonstrate strong leadership by managing and motivating teams across departments to achieve shared goals.
Skills & Qualifications:

Pay: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
