Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals.
  • Oversee and mentor a team of marketing specialists, fostering collaboration and growth.
  • Bridge the gap between CRM tools and impactful marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM for client campaigns and company initiatives.
  • Design and implement workflows for lead nurturing, sales enablement, and engagement campaigns.
  • Maintain and integrate CRM data across platforms for seamless operations.
  • Lead the creation and execution of internal campaigns for our clients to boost student recruitment and retention.
  • Oversee external branding efforts to elevate Caissa K12’s market presence.
  • Analyze campaign performance, generating insights to refine strategies and drive ROI.

Qualifications

Experience:

  • 3+ years in marketing, with experience in CRM management (HubSpot preferred).
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional projects.
  • Experience in education or B2B marketing is a strong plus.

Skills:

  • Expertise in CRM tools, workflows, and marketing automation.
  • Exceptional communication and team management abilities.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Strong understanding of CRM integrations and marketing analytics.
  • Ability to use data to inform strategy and optimize campaigns.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft programs

Pay Range: $70,000-$110,000 yearly

Expected hours: 40 per week
