RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, oversee lead generation and brand management, conduct market research, manage digital and traditional marketing initiatives, lead and mentor the marketing team, and collaborate with other departments to align efforts.

This director will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy to achieve organizational goals. This role involves overseeing various marketing functions and leading a team of marketing professionals. A successful Director of Marketing is a visionary leader who can drive growth and brand awareness. They must be adaptable to changing market trends and possess a strong understanding of consumer behavior.

Primary responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Lead Generation: Extensive background in B2B Lead Generation and Campaign Execution.
- Strategic Planning: Developing and executing long-term marketing plans aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
- Brand Management: Building and maintaining a strong brand identity and reputation.
- Market Research: Conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
- Product/Service Marketing: Developing and executing marketing strategies for products or services.
- Digital Marketing: Overseeing digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Traditional Marketing: Managing traditional marketing channels like print advertising, TV, and radio.
- Budget Management: Allocating and managing marketing budgets effectively.
- Team Leadership: Leading and mentoring a team of marketing professionals.
- Performance Measurement: Tracking and analyzing marketing KPIs to measure success.
- Collaboration: Working with other departments, such as sales, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment.
Required qualifications:
- Experience: 5-7+ years of marketing, bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or journalism
- Strong Leadership Skills: The ability to lead and motivate a team in a rapidly changing environment.
- CRM Efficient: Extensive HubSpot experience is required
- Strategic Thinking: The ability to develop and execute long-term marketing plans.
- Analytical Skills: The ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creativity: The ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
- Communication Skills: The ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of the industry and target market.
- Digital Marketing Proficiency: A strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Budget Management Skills: The ability to manage budgets effectively.
Travel:
- Occasional Travel to Trade Shows or regional marketing events.
Wage:
- Starting from $100,000
Ability to relocate:
- Must live in the DM Metro area
Work Environment:
- Primarily a sedentary position
