QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree; minimum 5 years of marketing experience; at least 2 years in a leadership role; strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail; sports experience preferred but not mandatory; HubSpot CRM experience strongly desired.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee marketing efforts to drive ticket sales, manage promotions and entertainment initiatives, develop and implement social media strategies, collaborate with department heads, attend networking events, conduct local marketing outreach, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and optimize CRM and email marketing systems.

The Director of Marketing will lead marketing initiatives for the Nashville Sounds to enhance ticket sales, engage fans, and foster community relations while showcasing creativity and strong leadership skills.
Job Title: Director of Marketing
First Horizon Park is a premier baseball stadium located just north of Broadway in Germantown, and is home to the Nashville Sounds, AAA Affiliate of the Milwaukee Brewers. As the Director of Marketing, you will oversee promotions and entertainment, revenue generation through marketing and advertising campaigns, social media, Nashville Sounds branding, and community relations. A successful candidate for the position of Director of Marketing must be a self-motivated individual with strong people focused leadership skills, customer service experience, creativity, and strong communication and organizational skills.
- Oversee creative marketing efforts with a focus on driving ticket sales
- Oversee promotions and entertainment manager to develop best in class promotional schedule focused on entertainment to increase fan engagement and attendance.
- Work with General manager on a marketing strategy focused on ROI through single game ticket sales.
- Develop a social media strategy and work with a digital marketing coordinator to implement unique ideas and creativity to promote sales and fan engagement.
- Collaborate with other department heads to promote different ticketing, corporate partnership and special event initiative through email, web, and social media marketing.
- Attend business networking events including chamber functions in Nashville and surrounding communities.
- Conduct face to face meetings with local marketing partners to grow fan outreach in the community
- Continually provide exceptional guest, partner, and client experiences. Be the HubSpot CRM expert and work to build out appropriate sequences, workflows, and other automations that increase marketing and sales efficiencies for the organization.
- CRM and email marketing system experience: HubSpot experience strongly desired but not required.
- Minimum 2 years of in a leadership roll

- Must be able to work within multiple departments and make both employees and customers feel valued, important, and comfortable
- Five (5) years of marketing experience
- Sports experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Bachelor’s degree.
