DAS Technology is looking for a passionate and inspired marketing professional to join us as Director of Marketing at our Old Town Scottsdale Headquarters. In this fast-paced, ever-changing role, you'll spearhead innovative strategies, manage diverse projects from branding and advertising to corporate and client events, and oversee a team of talented marketing professionals. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Marketing, you'll thrive in an environment that values collaboration, creativity, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities while driving impactful results. What You'll Do
- Collaborate with the SVP of Marketing to set goals and priorities for the marketing team.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and brand identity.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing campaigns across channels.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including milestones and deadlines.
- Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and performance feedback.
- Collaborate with the Lead Generation Manager to drive leads through email marketing, paid media, website optimization, SMS and social media campaigns.
- Collaborate with the product team to create and update product documentation/collateral.
- Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines and messaging.
- Act as a primary point of contact between the marketing team and other departments.
- Support events DAS hosts and/or sends a booth team.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field from an accredited university, or advanced education from a recognized program OR demonstrated knowledge and equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience and proven track record of success as a Marketing Director, Marketing Manager, or another senior-level role in B2B Marketing
- Well-versed in digital marketing and experience with digital marketing tools and techniques
- Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
- Experience in the automotive industry or related technology industry
- Strong leadership, analytical, and project management skills
- Strategic mindset, with the ability to make difficult decisions
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
