Primary Position Objectives
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Marketing to lead and manage our marketing initiatives, drive brand growth, and align marketing strategies with business objectives. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of professional marketing experience, expertise in Content Management Systems (CMS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and social media strategy development and execution. This position demands a strategic thinker with hands-on skills in digital marketing, and analytics.
Brief Description of Duties
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
- Social Media Strategy: Design, implement, and oversee innovative social media strategies to build and engage audiences across platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging and tone.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Brand Management: Maintain and evolve brand identity across all channels and ensure consistency in messaging.
- CMS Oversight: Manage and optimize content management systems to enhance website performance and user experience.
- CRM Management: Utilize CRM platforms to track customer interactions, manage marketing automation, and enhance lead generation and retention strategies.
- LMS Integration: Collaborate with training teams to integrate and market LMS solutions, ensuring seamless delivery of training programs and content.
- Data Analysis: Analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to evaluate the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Budget Management: Plan and oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximizing ROI.

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in CMS platforms such as WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms such as Absorb, Moodle, or Blackboard, including implementation and marketing strategies.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful social media strategies.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and trends.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills.
· Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing solutions. · Experience managing budgets and delivering on marketing KPIs.
Education
BA/BS/bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.

Valid State Driver’s License.
