Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director of Marketing at our Newport Beach office. The Director of Marketing will oversee brand marketing strategies, manage brand perception, conduct market research, and implement integrated marketing campaigns to drive awareness and growth.
In this high-impact role, you will be the strategic architect behind AllView’s brand evolution. You will develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives awareness, engagement, and growth across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement marketing strategies for print, social media, events (trade and community), advertising, and email campaigns.
- Brand Growth: Elevate AllView from a regional brand to a recognized name in real estate through creative storytelling and innovative campaigns.
- Multi-Channel Campaigns: Design and execute integrated marketing initiatives to drive engagement and conversion across digital, social, email, and events.
- Content Creation: Oversee the creation of compelling content, including blog posts, social media posts, and print materials that resonate with property owners, investors, and tenants.
- SEO & Analytics: Lead SEO initiatives to ensure AllView ranks on the first page of Google across all markets. Utilize analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness, optimize performance, and guide strategic decisions.
- Social Media Management: Create and manage a social media calendar and strategy to improve followers and engagement across all major platforms.
- Event Management: Plan and execute real estate trade show events, including table setup, print materials, and other marketing assets.
- Performance Tracking: Manage and communicate marketing efforts to leadership with tracked KPIs, insights, and recommendations focused on data analysis and revenue-generating tactics.
- Collaboration: Lead cross-functional marketing initiatives and projects, continuously providing recommendations for marketing and sales leadership.
Goals for the Director of Marketing:
- Achieve and maintain AllView on the first page of Google across all markets and service areas.
- Get the company published in reputable industry publications.
- Improve social media followers and engagement across all major platforms.
- Increase conversion rates on Yelp and PPC campaigns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (BS or BA) in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in a marketing-related field.
- Relevant experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
- Strong graphic design, marketing, and advertising skills.
- Solid experience managing and leading SEO initiatives.
- Familiarity with tools such as AppFolio, HubSpot, Lead Simple, Canva, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Flip Snack, and WordPress.
Key Skills:
- Knowledge of best practices for Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+, and other social media platforms.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to represent the company at marketing events.
