Summary of Role:
We are seeking an experienced results-driven Marketing Director to lead critical marketing initiatives that drive business growth and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing go-to-market resources and programs, sales enablement, ecosystem marketing, digital content strategy, demand generation and customer feedback tools. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution skills to deliver impactful marketing programs that align with business objectives.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Go-to-market strategy: Develop and manage go-to-market strategies ensuring cross-functional alignment across product, sales, and marketing teams. Oversee the creation and distribution of all external product content, ensuring a cohesive customer experience across all marketing channels.

  • Whole product release to market: Govern whole product releases which includes devising a product naming strategy that resonates with target audiences, clearly communicating the features and benefits of new and existing products and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution.

  • Sales enablement: Provide robust support to customer-facing teams. This involves developing training materials, conducting training sessions, and creating resources that help these teams effectively communicate the unique value propositions of our products. The goal is to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.

  • Ecosystem marketing: Develop and execute joint marketing initiatives with ecosystem partners to amplify reach and drive mutual success. This includes fostering strong relationships with key partners to align strategies and event activations.

  • Digital content management: Enhance the performance and user experience of our digital platforms. This includes revamping the infrastructure, navigation and design of our website (GF.com), ensuring product-related information is accurate, accessible, and aligned with customer needs, and improving the connection to the customer portal. The objective is to create a seamless digital experience for our customers.

  • Demand generation programs: Lead the setup and execution of demand generation programs. This encompasses preparing our customer database and marketing tools to launch initiatives aimed at generating new leads and driving sales growth. These programs will be instrumental in expanding our market reach and customer base.

  • Customers experience management: Implement and manage a comprehensive customer feedback system. The capabilities will be used across various touchpoints, including our website, customer portal and other customer interactions, to gather actionable insights and improve our products and services based on customer feedback.

Other Responsibilities:

Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.

  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on go-to-market strategies, website management and customer experience.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing marketing teams and projects.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.

  • Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

  • Experience with customer feedback tools and demand generation programs is a plus.

Expected Salary Range

$146,000.00 - $267,000.00
