Director Of Marketing
LOCATION
In-person position, based in Florida.
QUALIFICATIONS
Associate degree required, 3+ years of experience in real estate and social media marketing, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Capcut, bilingual skills are a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist the Marketing Director in driving marketing initiatives, creating impactful campaigns, managing social media strategies, developing promotional content, and leading marketing efforts for over 35 agents.

SHORT DESCRIPTION
Join our team as an Assistant Marketing Director to enhance brand visibility, lead innovative marketing strategies, and contribute to company growth through effective social media and digital marketing initiatives.
Must have:
1. FL real estate license not required, however, Experience in Real Estate is a MUST(3+-Years).
2. Flexibility with time frames, some days run later than others if there's a marketing deadline.
2. Social Media Marketing skills- Meta Business Suite Scheduling, LinkedIn, Tiktok, Capcut, Canva, Google Business. In addition: Agent promotional videos, property tours, photography skills, Zillow/Realtor.com, ability to manage broker email & learn a new website and how to assist in managing it. Must be social and outgoing as you will be team marketing leader for 35+ Agents.
3. Self starter, able to set achieve goals/objectives. If your looking to show your creativity, love social media and web design then join our team!
4.Dress, Act, speak & write professionally. It is an in-office position. Dress accordingly.
5. Bilingual is a plus but not required.
6. Must be able to fold a high volume of flyers in a weeks notice.

Reporting to the current Marketing Director, you will leverage your core skills in marketing alongside premium skills in SEO, social media marketing, and digital marketing to create impactful campaigns until you are sufficient in managing accounts on your own. Your bilingual abilities will aid in reaching diverse audiences, while your expertise in Adobe Creative Suite/Canva/Capcut and content marketing will enhance our creative output. Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
