JOB SUMMARY

The Director of Marketing at Spectrum Killian Dental Lab Alliance (SKDLA) is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation across all markets. This role involves managing campaigns, overseeing content creation, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to support SKDLA’s growth and reputation in the dental laboratory industry.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

· Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to align with organizational goals and objectives.

· Lead the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.

· Manage relationships with external vendors, including design, advertising, and PR agencies, to achieve desired outcomes.

· Collaborate with sales, operations, and product teams to create marketing materials and tools that support business development and customer retention.

· Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive positioning to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.

· Oversee the company’s digital presence, including website, social media, email marketing, and SEO/SEM initiatives.

· Plan and execute participation in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

· Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

· Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with business goals.

Other Duties:

· Coordinate with sales teams to design promotional campaigns and sales enablement tools.

· Conduct customer surveys and gather feedback to enhance product and service offerings.

· Perform other duties as required by the VP of Sales & Commercial Strategy.

Knowledge and Abilities Required

· Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the dental laboratory or healthcare industry.

· Strong understanding of marketing principles, including digital marketing, branding, and content creation.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.

· Proficiency in marketing software and tools such as CRM, email marketing platforms, and analytics dashboards.

· Ability to develop and implement creative marketing strategies that drive measurable results.

· Exceptional organizational and project management skills with a detail-oriented approach.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nonessential Skills and Experience:

· Background in dental industry marketing or related fields.

· Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).

· Experience with advanced data analysis and market segmentation techniques.

· Certification in marketing or related disciplines, such as Digital Marketing or Content Marketing.
