Job Description
The Director of Marketing plays a critical role in driving the organization’s growth and enhancing its brand presence. This individual is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that expand outreach to partner pharmacies, boost patient engagement, and increase awareness of care management services and health technologies, including Medication Adherence hardware. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, the Director ensures consistent messaging and alignment with organizational objectives while overseeing marketing campaigns and evaluating their success through performance metrics.

- Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to promote care management services and health devices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner pharmacies to enhance collaboration and outreach efforts.
- Design and implement strategies to improve patient engagement and adoption of healthcare technologies.
- Lead the creation of cohesive messaging across all marketing materials and channels.
- Oversee campaign performance, leveraging analytics to identify areas for improvement and optimize outcomes.
- Establish and manage the marketing budget, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
- Guide the organization’s brand development, ensuring consistent and impactful branding across all platforms.
- Drive digital marketing strategies, including SEO, social media, and email campaigns, to expand audience reach.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and other networking opportunities.
- Manage crisis communication efforts, ensuring the organization is prepared to respond effectively to PR challenges.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, patient preferences, and competitive activities.
- Mentor and manage the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Extensive experience in a marketing leadership role, preferably within healthcare or related industries.
- Proven expertise in developing patient engagement strategies and healthcare marketing practices.
- Strong ability to manage and grow strategic partnerships, particularly with pharmacies or similar stakeholders.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
- Demonstrated success in executing digital marketing strategies and leveraging online platforms for brand growth.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams and collaborate effectively.
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities with a focus on measurable outcomes.
- Experience in branding and positioning healthcare services or devices in a competitive market.
- Advanced knowledge of marketing technologies, tools, and platforms to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
