YOU: Have a knack for translating complex data and reports into clear, digestible narratives that resonate with clients. Laser-sharp, concise, and highly analytical, you excel at communicating digital strategy across clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams with confidence and clarity. With years of experience in B2B marketing, you bring your strategic expertise to social, email, and media campaigns, all while leading and developing the digital team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop key performance indicators aligned with business objectives for annual marketing plans, campaigns, and other client strategies
  • Lead the internal development of client reporting, analyze cross-channel performance (digital, social, email, paid media, events, etc.), identify trends, and provide actionable improvements
  • Translate complex data into clear, concise, and actionable insights for internal stakeholders and clients
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align analytics with business objectives
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy by managing and validating sources
  • Manage reporting vendor and freelance relationships
  • Drive growth and ROI by achieving client’s marketing goals and KPIs through effective digital strategy
  • Develop digital plans and strategy incorporating web, SEO/SEM, AMB, and social through collaboration with client service and service line teams
  • Inspire teams to be on the forefront of digital approaches, including demand generation and life cycle management
  • Identify gaps or opportunities to expand digital-related solutions, as well as building them internally
  • Serve as a client-facing leader, effectively communicating across stakeholders at all levels, including global C-suite executives to marketing managers
  • Lead and manage the digital team

Requirements:

  • Ability to deliver complex information clearly and concisely
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, quality and results-focused environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in business/analytics, marketing, digital/multimedia, journalism/advertising/communications, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in similar field
  • 3-5 years of prior management experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $110,000.00 per year
