QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in business, communications, management, or related field, 10-15 years of marketing experience (preferably in Managed Service Provider or telecommunications), 5+ years of leadership experience, and familiarity with marketing applications and content management systems.

Position Summary
The Director of Marketing & Product will lead and own the marketing strategies for Mosaic’s products and services to drive brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement and revenue growth. This position will lead our Marketing team and is based in Cameron, WI, requiring an onsite office schedule.
Essential Functions (including but not limited to)
- Lead the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, events, social media, etc.).
- Drive the go-to-market strategy and maintain an ongoing understanding of the performance of Mosaic’s products.
- Lead, manage, and mentor a diverse team of marketing professionals (content creators, designers, data analysts).
- Track marketing expenditures and ensure all initiatives are delivered within budget.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
- Work collaboratively across all organizations to develop valuable product insights from customer feedback and recommendations.
- Oversee the development and management of the company’s brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing touchpoints.
- Prepare and present marketing and sales analytics and reports to track key activities, evaluate successes, and identify how they contribute to the sales pipeline to ensure efforts are offering an adequate ROI.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, management, or related field
- 10 - 15 years of Marketing or related experience, preferably with a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or in the telecommunications or related technology industries
- 5+ years of leadership/supervisory experience
- Experience with various marketing applications and content management systems
- Ability to create a team environment and sustain employee morale in a high-pace, innovative technology setting
