Seeking an experienced Director of Marketing to enhance the firm's business through strategic marketing initiatives in a reputable personal injury law firm.
We are a reputable 20-attorney Plaintiff's Personal Injury Law Firm in Stuart, FL. We're looking for an EXPERIENCED Director of Marketing (or "Marketing Manager") to join our team!_ (This is a 100% "IN OFFICE position" - it is NOT remote)._
Ideal candidate would have 5 + years experience with Google Adwords / Pay Per Click, SEO, Google Local Services campaigns and online marketing platforms. You will help expand the firm's business and meet/exceed all monthly marketing goals!

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior leadership and vendors to develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage and optimize SEO, Google Ads, and Google Local Services campaigns with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in these areas.
- Oversee internal or external teams working within these channels, ensuring accountability and alignment with performance goals.
- Lead vendor relationships, including hiring, managing, and, when necessary, terminating vendors to maintain high standards.
- Establish and maintain data collection systems across all marketing channels to drive informed decision-making.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and overall effectiveness.
- Translate complex marketing strategies and results into layman’s terms for stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve marketing efforts and implement innovative strategies.
Required Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, including SEO, Google Ads, and Google Local Services.
- At least 1-2 years of proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage vendor relationships effectively.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to organize and interpret performance metrics to guide strategy.
- Proven ability to set up and manage data tracking systems to ensure consistent performance monitoring.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining the “hows” and “whys” of marketing decisions to non-marketers.
- Self-starter with a high level of autonomy and discipline, comfortable working alone and managing tasks without reminders.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work well with others while holding vendors and staff accountable.
- Strong focus on performance-driven results rather than solely on creative output.
- Familiarity with managing marketing budgets and allocating resources effectively.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
