Seeking a Director of Product Marketing to shape and deliver the vision and strategy for financial products while enhancing member engagement and market presence in a dynamic, innovative environment.
Join our innovative team as Director of Product Marketing, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the vision and strategy for our financial products and services. With a passion for growth, creativity, and results, you will lead efforts to enhance our market presence and drive member engagement.
In this leadership role, you will leverage insights, data, and market trends to identify opportunities, develop compelling value propositions, and ensure the successful development, launch, and promotion of products and services. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans that align with the organizations goals. Your ability to lead, inspire, and innovate will be essential as you work with a talented team and elevate the credit unions brand and offerings.

- Leadership Abilities: Proven ability to lead and mentor teams, fostering collaboration and a results-driven work environment.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to develop and execute marketing plans aligned with organizational goals, analyze market trends, and identify growth opportunities.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to assess complex situations, identify key issues, and provide innovative solutions while maintaining attention to detail.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with team members, stakeholders, and leadership.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, analytics platforms, and Microsoft Office.
- Business and Marketing Expertise: A bachelors degree in marketing, business, or a related field with eight to ten years of marketing experience and at least five years in a leadership role. Experience in financial services is a plus.
