QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Management, Communication, or a related field preferred; 5-10 years of experience in sales and marketing for multi-unit, multi-geographic businesses; Food & Entertainment Complex experience desired; franchisor experience is a plus.

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies, oversee marketing efforts for all locations, manage digital advertising campaigns and social media channels, enhance customer experience, lead and manage the event sales team, and collaborate with third-party marketing vendors.

Job Title: Director of Sales & Marketing

Summary
The Director of Sales & Marketing at 810 Billiards & Bowling is a key leadership position directing all aspects of the company’s sales and marketing efforts. As a successful hire, you will be accountable for developing sales and marketing strategies and coordinating the execution of all marketing efforts with the mission of building awareness and driving venue traffic and revenue.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
· Establishes sales and marketing budgets that align with company objectives
· Oversees all Sales & Marketing activities for all corporately owned locations as well as franchise locations
· Develops, creates, and implements marketing plans that drive growth
· Audits and improves the customer experience across all locations
· Synthesizes knowledge of target consumers, competitive environment, and local market dynamics to ensure effective and efficient marketing initiatives
· Leads management and content development across all owned marketing channels: website, CRM, and social media
· Manages social media channels and respond to consumer inquiries as appropriate for all locations
· Manages digital advertising campaigns for all locations
· Manages charity events, auctions, and sponsorship partnerships
· Responsible for the creation and fulfillment of all marketing collateral and internal signage
· Develops and manages both digital and traditional advertising campaigns
· Leverages media and partnerships to develop and implement local market promotions
· Ensures the consistent implementation of brand standards while adopting a consultative approach to local and franchisee operating partners’ marketing initiatives
· Partners and manages relationships with third-party marketing vendors/agencies/contractors in the development and execution of marketing efforts
· Develops, manages, and provides ongoing reporting on the company’s loyalty rewards program
· Partners with the operations team to support efforts to build group business
· Leads, manages and holds accountable the event sales team
· Manages lead flow to sales team through CRM
· Leads weekly BEO meetings with management teams for all locations
· Creates and distributes email marketing campaigns
· Manages and supports CRM and online booking platforms
· Creates content as needed for social media, digital marketing and in-store collateral
· Approves franchisee created content as applicable
· Drives YoY revenue growth across all locations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Management, Communication, or a related degree is highly preferred
- Food & Entertainment Complex experience is highly desired
- 5 – 10 years of experience leading sales and marketing efforts for muti-unit, multi-geographic business
- Franchisor experience is a plus
Skills
- Working knowledge of digital marketing channels, meta ads, google ads
- A problem-solver and self-starter, capable of working in a fast-paced environment
· Demonstrates leadership, teamwork, and collaboration skills
· Self-starter and works cohesively under pressure and with deadlines
· Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills.
· Ability to work within a Microsoft Windows environment and understanding and comfort working with marketing technology
· Ability to effectively present plans and information in one-on-one and small group settings
Physical Demands
The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms and requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies up to 20 pounds. The ability to remain in a stationary position roughly 50% of the time, as well as the ability to move about the work area, or a local 810 Billiards & Bowling unit occasionally (accessing files/storage, office equipment, attending meetings, etc.), is required.
