QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience as Marketing Director, strong presentation and communication skills, ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment, strategic planning, customer service skills, and knowledge of current online marketing techniques. Sales experience in senior living is preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain the website, manage monthly newsletters, organize community outreach events, handle move in/out paperwork, generate weekly marketing reports, ensure high customer service, conduct market research, and build external partnerships.

As the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for representing our community to prospective residents and their families, and growing relationships with healthcare and other referral professionals.
Qualifications:
- Impressive presentation and enthusiasm
- Proven experience as Marketing Director
- Computer proficiency, excellent written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced an busy environment
- Proven strategic planning
- Skilled Marketing strategist and able to drive creativity and enthusiasm
- Demonstrated sales experience in senior living preferred
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills, as well as a deeply ingrained passion for seniors to successfully nurture relationships
- Up to speed with current and online marketing techniques and best practices
- Customer-oriented approach with aptitude
Responsibilities
- Maintain website
- Monthly Newsletter
- Schedule/organize and participate in community events to outreach targeted population
- Move ins/Move outs and paperwork flow to all departments
- Weekly Marketing reports
- Be the community leader responsible for providing the highest level of customer service including building prospect base, responding to inquiries, generating tours, and performing purposeful follow up
- Maintain and grow census
- Work with RN and RCC regarding assessments and resident discharge logistics
- Maintain a close working relationship with discharge case managers
- Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor’s marketing movements
- Become the organization’s agent towards external parties such as media, stakeholders and potential clients and build strategic partnerships
- Perform other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
