Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership:
  • Manage and lead the marketing and sales team to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
  • Mentor and train team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to motivate and foster collaboration among team members.
  • Marketing Strategy:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote Gardens Care Senior Living’s services.
  • Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and SEO.
  • Create and maintain promotional materials, presentations, and event content.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to assess campaign performance and ROI.
  • Sales Execution:
  • Drive sales initiatives to meet or exceed occupancy targets.
  • Conduct tours, presentations, and community outreach to attract prospective residents.
  • Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, including healthcare professionals, senior organizations, and local businesses.
  • Manage the entire sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing, using CRM tools.
  • Technology Utilization:
  • Leverage technology platforms, including CRM systems, analytics tools, and digital marketing software, to streamline sales and marketing processes.
  • Analyze data trends to inform decision-making and optimize strategies.
  • Stay updated on emerging marketing and sales technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Event Management:
  • Plan and execute marketing events such as open houses, seminars, and community engagement activities.
  • Partner with local organizations to co-host events and increase brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a Marketing/Sales Manager, preferably in the senior living or healthcare industry.
  • Demonstrated success in managing a marketing and sales team.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms).
  • Proficiency with CRM software and data analytics tools.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with an outgoing, engaging personality.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Able to drive in and around Denver area to tour/market all Colorado locations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed for events or client meetings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $90,000.00 per year
