Responsibilities
- Own Key Customer Accounts: Manage and optimize product portfolios tailored to each individual customer, ensuring continuous growth and value.
- Strategic Leadership: Drive innovative strategies and action plans to expand TCL's reach and accelerate future growth in the mobile and wireless space.
- Team Collaboration: Lead sales, marketing, product management, and supply chain teams, and work hand-in-hand with departments such as Legal and Quality to deliver seamless solutions.
- Maximize Sales Performance: Work with customer marketing teams to craft compelling strategies and national campaigns that drive strong sell-through of TCL devices.
- Drive Business Growth: Take charge of RFP proposals, business cases, market research, and distribution strategies, ensuring profitable business opportunities.
- Navigate Complex Negotiations: Manage product pricing, marketing plans, and volume negotiations with customers to maximize outcomes.
- Own Product Launches: Ensure successful product testing, launches, and timely delivery by collaborating across internal teams and with customers.
- Present to Leadership: Share your insights and progress with internal and external stakeholders, including executive-level presentations.
- Build Long-Term Partnerships: Collaborate with customers to identify new opportunities for growth through expanded channels and product categories.
- Champion Sales Lifecycles: Develop and execute strategies for sell-through and marketing programs that ensure sustained sales success.
- Travel & Build Relationships: Establish strong face-to-face connections with customers and internal teams to strengthen partnerships.
- Deliver Results: Lead daily operations to meet and exceed sales budgets and goals set by executive leadership.
- Report and Align: Provide timely updates on account status, sales performance, and strategic goals to leadership teams to ensure alignment and ongoing support.
- Negotiate Deals: Work closely with legal and business teams to manage contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.

- Experienced Leader: You bring 7+ years of experience in the mobile or tech industry, including leadership, strategic planning, and mentoring.

- Master Negotiator: You excel in contract management, sales agreements, and negotiations that result in win-win outcomes.
- Tech-Savvy: You have a deep understanding of the wireless industry, its platforms, and emerging technologies.
- Communicative & Influential: You’re an exceptional communicator and presenter, able to articulate ideas clearly and persuade key stakeholders.
- Customer-Focused: You are skilled in relationship management and customer service, with a knack for building and nurturing strong connections.
