The Director of Sales/Marketing is responsible for driving growth within the agency by executing sales and marketing plans, building community relationships, and achieving revenue goals.

The Director of Sales/Marketing leads the agency to achieve growth expectations according to revenue, census and start of care budget goals. The Director of Sales/Marketing is a key player in attaining metric goals.
This position leads the execution of the Sales and Marketing plan to build relationships with the referral sources within the communities we serve while leading the growth of the agency and supporting the growth of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the direction and support of home health sales and operations
- Develops, maintains, and strengthens business partnerships (Hospital Systems, Physicians, SNFs, ALFs, ILFs, Hospice, Outpatient, Ancillary, ACOs, BPCI, and C-Suite Executives) for the Organization’s core businesses in Palm Beach County
- Provides leadership and direction operations for Home Health Agency
- Responsible for the development and implementation of strategic business plans for Home Health Services (sales/marketing and operations)
- Identifies and attains overall census growth targets in Palm Beach County
- Collaborates with leadership, sales, marketing, and operations to secure, retain, and grow strategic partnerships
Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated skills and ability in fiscal accountability, communication (written, verbal, persuasion, negotiation, and public speaking), interpersonal relations, customer service, problem solving, planning, and organizing, data analysis, conflict resolution and other leadership qualities
- Proven track record with strategy planning, development, and execution
- Experience in Home health, hospice, private duty, skilled nursing, medical staffing and responsible for all marketing/sales
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in health administration or business or related area; RN Licensed preferred
- Strong experience in home health sales, Private duty, hospice, and operations
- Demonstrated experience in Home Health/Hospice
- Understanding of P&L with relationship to developing and progressing to profitable operations
- Must possess a valid driver’s license in the state of Florida, current automobile insurance, and reliable transportation
- Readily available and able for local travel; travel may be required supporting home health agency
- Experience in Medicare/Medicaid, Private Duty Home Health Sales, Account Manager, and Business Development
