We are seeking a strategic and innovative Director of Strategic Partnerships to lead the development and execution of our Affiliate strategy. This role will focus on identifying, building, and nurturing relationships with key affiliate partners to drive brand awareness and revenue growth.

Duties & Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy aligned with overall marketing goals and business objectives.
    • Identify and evaluate potential partners, assessing their fit with our brand and strategic goals.
    • Responsible for driving and maximizing growth through loan aggregators
    • Negotiate partnership agreements and manage ongoing relationships to ensure mutual value and alignment.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Credit, to leverage partnerships effectively.
    • Monitor partnership performance metrics and provide insights to optimize collaboration and enhance results.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities.
    • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand presence.

Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
    • 10+ years of experience in marketing, partnerships, or business development
    • Proven track record of successfully managing partnerships and achieving measurable results.
    • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
    • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

    • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
    • Creative problem-solver with a results-oriented mindset.

$150,000 - $180,000 a year
This position is also eligible for an annual incentive bonus based on individual and company performance. Yearly incentive bonus target 25% of base salary. This position may also qualify for an LTIP.
