The Director of Partner Marketing will drive the success of the channel partner program through strategic marketing initiatives that generate demand and accelerate revenue growth.

The Director of Partner Marketing is responsible for driving the success of our channel partner program through Government and Public Sector. This individual will work closely with existing and new partners to develop and execute strategic marketing programs that generate demand, accelerate revenue growth, and strengthen our brand presence. The ideal candidate is a dynamic, results-oriented marketer with a proven track record in building successful partner marketing programs and relationships. This high-impact role offers the opportunity to shape the future of our partner marketing program and contribute to the overall success of the company.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans in collaboration with channel partners and aligned with business objectives

  • Build partner relationships with key stakeholders, fostering trust, collaboration, and a shared commitment to achieving business goals

  • Design and implement partner marketing programs including co-branded campaigns, demand generation initiatives, events, and digital marketing activities

  • Develop and deliver enablement programs to equip partners with the knowledge and tools they need to effectively promote our products and services

  • Develop and manage partner experiences in Partner Relationship Management software

  • Establish KPIs to track the effectiveness of partner marketing programs and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.

What experience you need:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience, MBA preferred

  • 5+ years of related marketing experience
