Job Description
We are seeking a visionary and strategic Director of Product Marketing to join our team in a remote position based in the United States.
As the Director of Product Marketing, you will lead our product marketing efforts, driving go-to-market strategies, and positioning our products for success in competitive markets. The goal of this integral role is to drive both product success and business growth, with a focus on understanding the customer, creating value, aligning marketing efforts with business objectives.

Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of our target market, including ICP, buyer personas, key use cases, and most compelling customer needs. Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) on Revalize’s value propositions, core capabilities and market landscape.
- Craft clear, compelling and differentiated product messaging, positioning, and proof points based on a deep understanding of the customer and our marketplace; in order to drive marketing, lead gen, and sales activities
- Partner with sales enablement to design a sales enablement strategy that includes product education, competitive intelligence and the creation of high-value sales tools (first call decks, battlecards, solution guides, etc).
- Own key aspects of the go-to-market process and strategy for our products and align product initiatives across the customer lifecycle to drive specific outcomes such as new logo acquisition and customer retention
- Drive alignment across product, sales, and marketing to ensure internal adoption of marketing assets and consistently capture and apply feedback to optimize return.
- Synthesize market, product, and customer insights to influence the roadmap and ensure a consistent, compelling customer experience
- Clearly communicate marketing strategies and performance metrics to internal and external stakeholders and escalate blockers, as needed.
- Manage budgets and resources to maximize marketing ROI
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in product marketing, with a minimum of 3 years in marketing leadership roles within B2B/SaaS companies.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies in a highly complex and matrixed environment
- Previous experience building GTM plans and bringing Saas B2B products pricing, packaging, messaging and positioning to market, preferably with CPQ, PLM, or CAD products
- Proficiency in market research methodologies and tools
- Thorough understanding of the sales process and how best to support sales teams and equip them for success
- Experience leading and growing a team of high-performing product marketers
- Ability to execute at scale and at pace in a complex, fast-moving business
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proven track record of delivering compelling value messaging in market
- Strong presentation skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote environment
