We’re seeking a Director, Product Marketing to lead a product marketing team responsible for Egnyte’s horizontal products. In this role, you will collaborate closely with leaders and teams across Marketing, Sales, Vertical Strategy, Product Management, and Partners to craft compelling messaging, develop impactful content, launch new product innovations, and share thought leadership and customer success stories.

You will partner closely with your peers in Product Management as well as Demand Generation, Enablement, and other key teams to jointly drive Egnyte’s revenue growth. To be successful in this role, you’ll need a balance of big-picture strategy and attention to detail in execution.

This is a leadership role responsible for a team of product marketers, each in charge of a particular solution area. Your job as a manager will be to achieve alignment and consistency in output, manage conflicting priorities, continuously drive flawless execution, foster a spirit of innovation, and motivate the team.

This position reports to the VP, Product Marketing. This is a hybrid role that requires office presence for at least 3-days per week.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Become an expert on Egnyte’s product capabilities, customers, and competitive landscape to develop a strong product and solution messaging.
  • Work with product management on positioning of new product capabilities for Egnyte Collaboration and how to orchestrate the product launches.
  • Partner with and support the Sales Enablement team by equipping them to discuss products and solutions with customers, as well as develop and deliver sales plays.
  • Partner with other Marketing teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive pipeline.
  • Stay up to date on the competitive landscape and ensure the team can communicate key differentiators of our products and identify opportunities for future growth.
  • Monitor current trends and develop a Egnyte-specific points of view to become a thought leader on relevant topics.


YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 12+ years of experience in product marketing SaaS products for B2B markets.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in product marketing at a B2B technology company.
  • Technical aptitude and the passion for learning about new products and technologies.
  • Previous experience in content management or adjacent field is a plus.
  • Bias for getting stuff done with the ability to prioritize competing requests and making progress on multiple projects at a time.
  • Ability to succinctly communicate and represent the team in front of executives, other teams, prospects, customers, partners, and other audiences.
  • Track record of partnering with product, marketing, and sales enablement teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to produce stellar writing under tight deadlines.
  • Strategic thinker that can roll up sleeves to get things done.


COMPENSATION:

  • Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across multiple U.S. geographic locations and pay varies based on defined markets. The standard base pay range for this position across the U.S. is $185k - $220k annually. Pay varies by work location and may also be dependent on job-related skills, knowledge, and/or experience. During the interview and/or hiring process, your recruiter can share more information about the compensation package specific to the role and job location.
