What we are looking for:
As the Director, Product Manager for Intelligent Automation at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP), you will lead our automation strategy within the IT Data & Analytics organization. This role is instrumental in driving intelligent automation and GenAi initiatives across the organization, leveraging a data product-centric approach to streamline operations, enhance productivity, and foster a culture of innovation. You will lead a team of automation engineers and specialists to identify, develop, and scale automation solutions across various business functions, supporting KDP's digital transformation and enterprise data strategy.
What you will do:
Strategic Planning and Product Roadmap Development
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap for Intelligent Automation and GenAI in alignment with KDP’s strategic data and digital transformation objectives.
- Identify opportunities to apply generative AI technologies, such as large language models, image generation, and synthetic data, to solve business challenges and enhance decision-making
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to prioritize automation opportunities, including RPA, AI/ML, and process automation.
- Assess emerging technologies, platforms, and trends to ensure KDP remains at the forefront of automation solutions.
- Own the lifecycle of automation products from concept through deployment, focusing on delivering scalable, reusable solutions that address core business needs.
- Partner closely with IT, Data, and Analytics teams to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions with KDP’s data architecture, including the Strategic Insights Platform.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and product success metrics, ensuring continuous improvement and value delivery.
- Lead the identification and development of generative AI use cases across various business functions, including Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Commercial.
- Drive pilot programs to demonstrate generative AI's potential in areas such as personalized marketing content, demand forecasting, and predictive analytics.
- Partner with stakeholders to explore and deploy AI-driven solutions that enhance customer experiences, streamline operations, and optimize resource allocation
- Engage with executive stakeholders including Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Commercial teams, to prioritize and promote generative AI and automation initiatives that support KDP’s strategic objectives, such as supply chain optimization, trade promotion, and customer engagement.
- Work closely with Information Architects and Data Governance teams to ensure data quality, security, and governance standards for AI and automation solutions

- Foster an agile mindset and build strong collaborative relationships across IT, business units, and external partners.

- Implement governance frameworks and quality controls for both automation and AI products, ensuring compliance with regulatory, security and ethical standards, especially around AI model transparency and bias mitigation.
- Collaborate with Data Stewards, IT Security, and Legal to establish AI ethics guidelines and mitigate risks associated with data privacy, security, and AI usage.
- Develop and deliver executive-level communications, including business cases, project updates, and performance reports for the Intelligent Automation program.
- Advocate for automation within KDP by demonstrating the value of automation through real-world success stories and measurable outcomes.

- Expert knowledge of product management principles and practices for defining product strategy, vision, roadmaps, and value, including how to drive continuous improvement for the product and product backlog management.
- Deep knowledge of system dev. life cycle (SDLC) methodologies (e.g., waterfall, spiral, SAFe, agile, rapid prototyping, incremental, synchronize and stabilize and DevOps).
- Leading skills in demonstrating outstanding technical and people leadership capabilities, including employee coaching, objective setting, and professional development.
- Leading skills in user-centered design (UCD) methodologies, user journey and personas, and executing them in product designs.
- Expert ability to research user needs, develop clear user stories, and collaborate with the agile team, clarifying user needs and product features while guiding the team to write good stories and apply customer-centricity when making decisions.
- Expert ability to understand complex business problems and identify and interpret business needs.
- Expert ability to communicate technical information in a condensed manner to various stakeholders verbally and in writing.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in product management, intelligent automation, or data and analytics roles; experience in CPG or similar industries is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in automation platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere), AI/ML tools, and data architecture principles.
- Leadership: Proven experience leading and developing teams, fostering an agile, collaborative culture, and managing change in a matrixed organization.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills with experience in Agile methodologies and a track record of delivering impactful, scalable solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
