Seeking a dynamic sales leader to drive sales for a leading slot manufacturer by developing relationships, strategizing market expansions, and mentoring a sales team.

Position Summary
Job Summary:
Develop and implement national sales plans and build positive relationships with customers to drive sales for an industry leading slot manufacturer. Lead, coach and inspire sales teams to produce optimum profitability. Measure the existing markets and company’s share, identify new markets, identify need for new products and expand market share with existing and new accounts. Develop sales strategies that will produce maximum market penetration. Identify objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings.
Essential Job Functions:
  • Motivate and lead sales team to achieve goals and targets.
  • Identify objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short and long-term sales and earnings.
  • Measure the existing markets and company’s share, identify new markets, identify need for new products and expand market share with existing and new accounts.
  • Develop and build positive relationships with customers to drive sales.
  • Sell to all licensed casinos in jurisdiction.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, quotas and other projections as required.
  • Insure proper planning and evaluation of sales strategies to meet profit goals as a return on sales.
  • Analyze sales numbers and trends in relation to objectives, targets and competitive activities.
  • Participates in trade shows, sales meetings and other special events relative to business and/or company activities.
  • Responsible for mentorship, evaluations, conflict resolution and recognition of the staff to maintain highly motivated and engaged employees.
Qualifications
Required Experience:
  • Minimum of 8 to 10 years Sales Experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years in a management capacity relating to sales, finance, operations, product or project management, or similar management positions.
  • At least three years of experience in gaming or gaming related industry
Preferred Experience:
  • Proven sales results in a technology, travel and leisure, or gaming industry.
  • Demonstrated skills in developing sales teams, territory and customer base.
  • Experience developing and delivering presentation to a wide variety of audiences, including executives internally and externally.
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • MBA preferred
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
  • Leadership ability in a dynamic sales environment.

  • Ability to sell a technical product
  • Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills and computer literate.
  • Thorough understanding of the budgeting process
  • Ability to read, understand, and translate P&L statements and sales contracts
Physical Requirements:
Heavy phone use. Exposure to cigarette smoke and noise on casino floors
Work Conditions:
May require weekend and evening hours
Overnight travel required in relation to territory and customer location.
Relocation may be necessary
