Director, Sales
LOCATION
National, with travel required to meet customers and attend events.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred, 8-10 years of sales experience, 5 years in management, and 3 years in the gaming industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement sales plans, lead and motivate sales teams, establish customer relationships, analyze market trends, prepare forecasts and budgets, and participate in trade shows.

SHORT DESCRIPTION
Seeking a dynamic sales leader to drive sales for a leading slot manufacturer by developing relationships, strategizing market expansions, and mentoring a sales team.
- Motivate and lead sales team to achieve goals and targets.
- Identify objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short and long-term sales and earnings.
- Measure the existing markets and company’s share, identify new markets, identify need for new products and expand market share with existing and new accounts.
- Develop and build positive relationships with customers to drive sales.
- Sell to all licensed casinos in jurisdiction.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, quotas and other projections as required.
- Insure proper planning and evaluation of sales strategies to meet profit goals as a return on sales.
- Analyze sales numbers and trends in relation to objectives, targets and competitive activities.
- Participates in trade shows, sales meetings and other special events relative to business and/or company activities.
- Responsible for mentorship, evaluations, conflict resolution and recognition of the staff to maintain highly motivated and engaged employees.
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years Sales Experience.
- Minimum of 5 years in a management capacity relating to sales, finance, operations, product or project management, or similar management positions.
- At least three years of experience in gaming or gaming related industry
- Proven sales results in a technology, travel and leisure, or gaming industry.
- Demonstrated skills in developing sales teams, territory and customer base.
- Experience developing and delivering presentation to a wide variety of audiences, including executives internally and externally.
- Bachelor’s degree required
