QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare, or a related field; 5+ years of experience in sales enablement or sales training, ideally in the health tech industry; familiarity with health technology products and services; strong communication and analytical skills; proficiency in CRM systems and sales enablement tools.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and manage sales enablement materials, lead onboarding and continuous training, create sales playbooks and best practice guides, facilitate educational sessions, track sales performance metrics, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and optimize sales process tools.

We’re looking for an experienced Director, Sales Enablement to join our Growth team to aid in bridging the gaps between sales strategy and execution.

As the Director, Sales Enablement, you will improve sales performance through enablement activities including content management, creation, training, and process/tool optimization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the sales team is equipped with the knowledge, tools, and strategies necessary to drive growth. Additionally, you will be passionate about optimizing sales effectiveness, deeply understand Truepill's capabilities and market, and have a strong background in sales enablement.

You're excited about this opportunity because...

  • You will develop, curate, and maintain high-quality sales enablement materials, including sales decks, case studies, interactive demos, competitor analyses , interactive demos, and training resources tailored to our offerings and target markets.
  • You will lead an effective sales onboarding and continuous training program.
  • You will develop and deliver sales playbooks, best practice guides, and a comprehensive Sales Training Calendar.
  • You will facilitate team meetings and ongoing educational sessions to strengthen product knowledge and sales skills.
  • You will stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities. You will use this insight to influence GTM strategy and enhance sales processes to fuel growth.
  • You will track and measure sales performance (i.e., lead generation to close), using KPI metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales initiatives, identify skill gaps, knowledge gaps, and inefficiencies while working cross-functionally to address these areas and improve sales outcomes.
  • You will collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Growth teams to ensure that sales processes, content and collateral are aligned with brand, growth strategy and business objectives.
  • You will evaluate and optimize the tools and software that support sales processes (e.g., CRMs, analytic tools, engagement platform) while working closely with Sales Operations to ensure these systems are efficiently integrated and utilized.

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare, or a related field.
  • You possess 5 years+ experience in sales enablement, sales training or a related field, ideally within the health tech industry
  • You are familiar with health technology products, services, and market dynamics.
  • You possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • You are proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.
  • You possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • You are a self-starter with a proven ability to work independently, drive initiatives, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize processes for sales success.

The salary range for this position is $190,000-$215,000.
