SHORT DESCRIPTION

The Director of Service and Product Marketing will oversee marketing strategies for IDEXX's Diagnostic Imaging and Telemedicine divisions, focusing on delivering high-value solutions and driving growth through innovative customer experiences.

The Director, Service and Product Marketing, Diagnostic Imaging (DI) & Telemedicine (TM) will lead the service and product marketing teams across IDEXX Diagnostic Imaging and Telemedicine.

This is a key leadership role for two imaging business units, overseeing service marketing strategy, product marketing, and lead generation efforts across a diverse portfolio including x-ray systems, software (IDEXX Web PACS) and AI-enabled service solutions (Telemedicine).

Your primary goal will be to deliver high-value solutions that address critical imaging needs for Veterinary health care teams and advance patient standards of care, while driving differentiated growth strategies and execution for IDEXX. You will leverage your deep marketing leadership experience to craft innovative customer experiences and lead a team of highly product, education, and growth marketers.

Strategic Insight: Develop and implement comprehensive service definition, growth strategies, and product launches that align unmet customer need with differentiated IDEXX growth strategies.
Business Impact: Deliver key initiatives that drive high-impact business outcomes and accelerating business growth.
Service Definition: Own the service definition and value proposition for IDEXX Telemedicine, working with peers across medical and product teams to deliver in alignment with strategic business objectives
Product Marketing : Demonstrate hands-on execution excellence to drive product marketing initiatives from concept to value proposition to market launch. Demonstrate high levels of achievement and success, consistently exceeding adoption and utilization goals.

As the leader of Service and Product Marketing teams, you will create a collaborative environment where many IDEXX functions work together to bring our exceptional products to life for our customers.
Marketing Expertise : Utilize your deep knowledge and expertise in product marketing, education, lead generation, and service definition to identify and deliver high-value solutions that address critical unmet customer need. Implement world-class processes and analytical frameworks to accelerate market adoption and penetration.
Talent Leadership and Direction : Build a high-performing, diverse team through thoughtful talent identification, development and performance management. Manage and coach people to grow and perform, enabling them to scale and deliver on both overall team and individual goals.

What you will need to succeed:
Proven track record of product leadership, demonstrated by 12+ years of marketing experience where you’ve launched industry-leading products that deliver high customer value and align to growth strategies.
5+ years of direct experience managing teams in a fast-paced innovative environment, consistently driving team success, developing highly talented team members, and exceeding team goals.
Deep understanding of product marketing and service definition techniques across a portfolio of hardware, software, and services.
Experience working within a matrixed organization, partnering with cross-functional partners across R&D, Operations, Sales, Product Management, Business Operations, and others, to ensure overall team success.
High analytical proficiency, leveraging data-driven insights to both develop strategic insight and measure adoption, engagement and success.
Ability to build strong relationships and work with teams, peers, and executives on cross-organization initiatives.

Strongly Preferred
MBA and/or management consulting experience at a Big Three firm
Human or Animal health Imaging expertise: Proven experience working in imaging products and services across either human or veterinary providers.
Hands-on AI healthcare experience, including customer segmentation, monetization approaches, launch requirements, and clinical user experience considerations.
